Steady strength, built with care.

Hi, I’m Jenny.

I’m so glad you’re here.

My passion for movement began at a very young age spending my childhood dancing and playing sports. I went on to earn both a BFA and MFA in dance and after college, moved to New York where I began working as a Personal Trainer while pursuing my dance career. Surprisingly, my involvement in fitness became more than just a means of earning a paycheck; it blossomed into a second passion.

I’ve received Personal Trainer Certifications from NASM, ACE and Lionel University. I obtained my yoga teaching certificate in the style of Hatha Vinyasa through The Perri Institute for Mind and Body. Additionally, I’m certified through NASM for Functional Training for the Prenatal and Postpartum Client and hold certificates and/or extensive training in Kettle Bells and Pilates Mat.

Over the years, I've worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from kids to the elderly, expecting and new moms, marathon runners, the every-day human, and various athletes. I’ve taught at high-end fitness companies, colleges, and studios. I’ve provided private instruction in homes, outdoor settings, and online environments. I prioritize functional, healthy movement patterns and customize each session to meet the unique goals and needs of every client.

I firmly believe that fitness should be enjoyable and integral to everyone's life, and I'm honored to support my clients in realizing their own journey of health and wellness.

“…She is the perfect combination of  qualities that makes for a great trainer - knowledgable about fitness, motivating (at just the right level), funny (useful for early morning sessions), and actually just someone you want on your side while you push your body to make some changes….”

Why “Atlas Steady”?

Atlas Steady was chosen with deep intention. The name Atlas means “to endure,” a reflection of strength, responsibility, and resilience—qualities that resonate deeply in both movement and life. It’s also the name we chose for our son, representing my own “why” and grounding this work in something profoundly personal. Anatomically, the atlas is the first vertebra of the spine, responsible for holding up the head and allowing the simple yet powerful ability to say yes and no—symbolizing support, stability, and personal agency. Steady reflects my approach to training: sustainable, consistent, and rooted in care. I aim to be a steady presence in my clients’ lives—supportive, empathetic, grounded, and calmly confident—helping them build strength that lasts and supports them through every season.

At Atlas Steady, my goals are simple: to meet you where you are, to support where you’re going, and to help you build strength that supports what matters most.
