Atlas Steady was created to help people build resilient, capable bodies through intentional strength training, mobility work, and thoughtful, compassionate coaching. I believe strength should support real life—including pregnancy, postpartum, and every season beyond—so you can carry what matters with confidence and steadiness.
With over 19 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help you move with ease, discover your strength, and feel at home in your body.

Jenny is a fantastic trainer and all-around awesome person. She has a command of a broad range of exercises and she gives thought toward keeping sessions interesting. Her workouts are well-planned and effective. She'll help you power through that last rep or sprint and keep you laughing. Yelling and screaming just isn't her style...On a personal note, Jenny is a ray of sunshine. She is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I recommend her highly - especially for people easily intimidated by the gym scene!

Visit the Contact page and fill out the intake form. I will get back to you promptly and schedule a time for us to have a 30-minute phone or video call to further discuss your fitness goals and needs. Then we’ll schedule our first session!

Both! Most of my sessions happen virtually but I also have a home gym in Glendale, CA. (If you’re local to Los Angeles, I’m able to travel to you for an additional fee. Send me a message and let’s talk!)

To keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, I’m always happy to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time are considered a late cancellation and the session fee will apply.
I send a courtesy reminder text the evening before your session, but please don’t wait for that message if you already know you need to cancel. The reminder is simply a helpful check-in, not a substitute for notice, and cancellations within the 24-hour window will still incur the charge. This allows me the chance to offer that time to another client and keep the schedule supportive and consistent for everyone.

Payment is preferred via Zelle or Venmo. Notify me which of my services you’d like to move forward with and I’ll send you an invoice with payment details.
A quick note about payments:
Please be sure to submit payment by the invoice due date. Payments made after that date will incur a $15 per-day late fee until the balance is paid. Thank you for your understanding and for helping keep scheduling and billing running smoothly!
