  • A recurring monthly option built around consistency and long-term progress. Your rate is based on how many sessions per week you choose, offering a lower per-session cost, scheduling priority, and a steady rhythm of support. Requires a 3-month commitment.

  • Available in 8- or 12-session packages for clients who want flexibility without a monthly commitment. Sessions do not auto-renew and are slightly higher per session than memberships, making this a good option for variable schedules. Packages expire after 6 months.

On-demand programs designed to meet you where you are—choose from equipment-free strength, 2-, 3-, or 4-day splits, mobility and stretching, yoga, and prenatal/postpartum-specific training. This is the most affordable option and allows you to move on your own schedule. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to the videos.
