Why single sessions & packages?
Single sessions and session packages offer flexibility for clients who don’t need—or aren’t ready for—ongoing weekly training. They’re ideal for short-term support, tune-ups, or supplementing an existing fitness routine.
Single sessions or packages work well if you:
Already train regularly on your own or through other movement practices
Want targeted coaching, form refinement, or program check-ins
Are transitioning from physical therapy or another training environment
Need occasional support rather than consistent weekly sessions
Prefer flexibility over a standing weekly appointment
